In Central Florida's slab-on-grade homes, those reroutes run through the slab, which drives scope and budget more than finishes do.
Much of Mount Dora is deed-restricted, but a kitchen remodel is interior work — architectural review generally isn't triggered the way it is on exterior projects. Worth confirming your community's rules on work hours, parking, and dumpster placement, which do apply. Homes in Mount Dora are typically slab-on-grade, so moving a sink, adding an island, or rerouting a gas line runs through the slab — that drives scope and budget more than finish selections do.
