Phone consultation
We'll schedule a quick call to learn more about your project, answer questions, and discuss realistic budget and timeline expectations before scheduling an in-home consultation.
Once your project moves forward, you'll also receive access to our client portal for communication, selections, scheduling updates, and project visibility.
In-home consultation
We'll walk the space together, discuss layout ideas, measurements, materials, and how the finished space should function for your lifestyle.

Design
Your ideas become a clear, buildable plan — complete with layout guidance, selections, budgeting, and project preparation.
Project planning & agreement
Once the scope, budget, and expectations are aligned, we finalize the project agreement and reserve your place on the schedule.
Design development
We refine layouts, selections, drawings, and overall project direction before construction begins. For larger projects, 3D renderings may also be available.
Pre-construction walkthrough
Before work begins, we review the schedule, expectations, site protection, communication process, and what to expect during construction.
You'll also receive access to our client portal, where you can track updates, selections, scheduling, and communication throughout the project.

Build
Organized execution, daily communication, and craftsmanship designed to last.
We protect your home
Before construction begins, we carefully protect surrounding areas and establish dust and site containment to keep your home as clean and functional as possible.
The construction phase
This is where planning becomes reality. Throughout construction, we maintain communication, scheduling updates, and visibility so you always know what's happening inside your home.
Daily updates, selections, scheduling, and project communication are all centralized through our client portal for a more organized remodeling experience.
Jobsite clean-up
We believe a professional remodel includes a clean and organized jobsite. Our team performs routine cleanup throughout the project and prepares the space for comfortable day-to-day living whenever possible.
Final walkthrough
Before closeout, we review the completed project together to ensure every detail meets expectations and address any remaining touch-ups.
Follow-up & warranty
Our relationship doesn't end at completion. We continue follow-up communication after the project and stand behind our workmanship with a 1-year labor warranty plus applicable manufacturer warranties.
Project documentation, warranty details, and important records remain easily accessible through your client portal.
