Our Process
Let us know what you're dreaming of by filling out our form. Snap some pics of your space and tell us all about your vision.
We’ll give you a call ASAP for a quick chat. Once we learn more about your project and provide a rough estimate, we'll set up an in-home consultation to kick things off.
To bring your vision to life, we'll visit your home to discuss every aspect of your project in detail.
We'll go over the scope of work, pricing, and contract together. Once you're happy with all the details, we'll sign the contract and set up the schedule for your project.
During the design phase, you get a preview of your new space before making any major decisions. We begin with a detailed drawing of your bathroom, and for an additional fee, we can provide a 3D rendering. All design fees will be credited towards your project.
We'll do a walkthrough to explain the next steps, making sure you know what to expect as we transform your home. During this time, you'll also meet your project foreman and crew.
Before beginning any demolition, construction, or remodeling, we'll take measures to safeguard your home's structure. We'll also seal and protect areas of your home that aren't part of the project.
This is when your design comes to life. We keep you informed every step of the way, and you’re welcome to watch us work and ask any questions. We believe in full transparency, so feel free to share your thoughts — you’re in control!
When we finish our work, our team will leave your home clean, tidy, and ready for use. By the time we're done, it will be as if we were never there.
Before we leave, we'll do a final walkthrough with you to make sure everything looks exactly how you want it. We want to ensure the finished product meets your expectations.
Our goal is your long-term satisfaction with your new space. We’ll check in with you at 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months to ensure everything is up to your standards. Enjoy peace of mind with our 1-year labor warranty, plus the manufacturer’s warranty on premium products. If any issues arise during this period, just let us know, and we’ll fix them at no cost to you.
